!Hello!  How are you?

I don’t know how many of you
like to eat fresh fruit such as
    oranges, papayas, lemons,
    pears, grapes, etc.
    But our Wonderful God has
preserved them so that we can
    still have access to them.
Knowing the properties that fruits have will most
likely allow us to better understand their value, and
if they are within our reach, we can then enjoy
    this wonderful blessing.
I hope that this information will be very useful.  I
would just like to remind all of us that it is God who
restores our health. He is our healer.  However, God
has provided for us certain natural agents which
    can improve our health.
If we make use of them, then we will enjoy a
healthy, sound life which is lived for his Honor and
    Glory.

While some are better than others, fruits are rich in minerals,
proteins, sugars, fats, acids, certain important chemical compounds,
    fiber, and so on.

Therefore, fruits have a high nutritional value for the daily diet.
The most important minerals are iron, calcium, potassium, sodium,
magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and iodine.  Some of these are
    only needed in small amounts.

These minerals provide a slightly alkaline environment inside the body which neutralizes and
dissolves the acidic byproducts of protein digestion.

A constant alkalinity is needed for healthy blood and good moods.   Otherwise,
an acidic poisoning may develop.  Thus it is essential to consume these minerals, which cannot
be found in any better form than in fruits.

Fruits, then, have multiple properties. The
    following is a basic list:
    Diuretic (apples, grapes, cherries, etc.)
    Laxatives (bananas, figs, plums, etc.)
    Astringent (medlar fruit, quince, etc.)
    Antiseptics (lemons, mangos, limes, etc.)
    Solvents (tangerines, strawberries, mamey,
    etc.)
    Energy  (nuts, avocados, olives, coconut,
    peanuts, etc.)

fruits, the nourishment they provide,
their preventive and curative properties,
and practical tips that have been used
for many years.
We do know a few things about fruit

In terms of eating fruits together or
eating them with other foods, it is
extremely variable and depends on the
    individual’s ability to tolerate various
    combinations.
Though not applicable in all cases, some
    general guidelines can be given.
It is advisable not to mix different groups of
fruits, such as eating acidic fruits with those
    that are sweet.
In contrast, it is good to eat fruits from the
same group, such as oranges with
pineapples, bananas with nuts, or avocados
    with olives.
Original plan for man's diet. He who created man and who
understands his needs appointed Adam his food. "Behold," He
said, "I have given you every herb yielding seed,. . . . and every
tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall
be for food." Upon leaving Eden to gain his livelihood by tilling
the earth under the curse of sin, man received permission to eat
also "the herb of the field."
